Accommodation guide
Finding accommodation anywhere can be difficult, but in Rome a whole new set of obstacles is put in your way, including ever increasing prices. Having said that, since 2004 both rental and sales prices have been falling, putting the buyer or renter in a position to negotiate - a potential "renters/buyers market".

Members Area
The FAOSTAFFCOOP Members Area is the area where you can renew your annual fee, see the contact details of the ads in the Accommodation page, post classified ads (items for sale) and also change the details of your member profile.
The Members Area is accessible to FAO Staff Coop Members only.
Each Member has an Email and a Password to log in. If you need to retrieve your login credentials, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note that the FAO Staff Coop Board of Directors, in accordance with Art. 2354 and following of the C.C. and Art. 15, Point 15.1, of the bylaws, has proceeded in excluding members who are no longer able to contribute to the achievement of the corporate purposes. That is, as required by the relevant implementing regulation for members who fail to renew their membership for ten consecutive years: therefore, members who did not renew their membership since 1 January 2014 have been excluded. Excluded members can request refund of their Coop share within a maximum period of five years from their exclusion.
