House for 2 / 5 people with a private garden located at 650 meters from Palazzone , a small ancient village in the area of San Casciano dei Bagni, Val D’Orcia , Siena , Tuscany.

The house is on two floors and it is composed as follows: on the ground floor there is an entrance, equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living room with fireplace and two comfortable sofas with flat screen TV (possibility of having a DVD player and a small collection of films in English)

Upstairs, there are N. 3 bedrooms: two king size bedrooms and a single bedroom. A bathroom and a small attic.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, oven and washing machine.

We are in Tuscany region but, geographically we are on the border with Umbria and Lazio, a strategic place to reach also other regions of Italy!

The location - 10 km from the Fabro A1 exit - 15 km from Chiusi - allows you to easily reach centers of considerable historical-artistic interest from the Etruscan age (Chiusi, Orvieto, Pitigliano, Sovana) medieval age (Siena, Perugia as well as many small surrounding villages) and Renaissance age (Cortona, Pienza, Florence etc.).

In the village you can find a bar, groceries, a tobacconist, post office, sports fields, pharmacy, Church of Santa Maria Assunta, ancient well, sports fields, ancient fountain and views of wonderful vineyards.
