MONTEVERDE NUOVO - APARTMENT

70 sq m house on the ground floor of a historic building in Monteverde street, near Piazzale Dunant. The apartment is also very quiet since it has a separated entrance with a very nice garden view from the bedroom and main door. The bathroom has been completely renovated this year and includes shower, wc and bidet, a small laundry area with an extra sink and a washing machine. The apartment is completely electric: from hot water to induction plate and air fryer in the kitchen . There are two air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom for hot and cold air in addition to the heating system.

We have already bought the sofa bed you see in the pictures (140x190cm) which will be delivered by the end of October.

In the bedroom the mattresses are new and packed and there is a large closet. A storage room is also present between the living room and the bedroom.
