Sabina stretches from the banks of the Tiber River toward the Sabine Mountains, which are part of the Apennine chain. The landscape consists of olive-covered hills, rising to steeper mountains, with extensive oak forests and, everywhere, of small medieval villages, castles and monasteries. It is a landscape that has remained largely unchanged over time and little touched by modern building development.

The farmhouse, independent and with an area of 150 square meters, is immersed in the green hills of Sabina. The location is quiet and panoramic and ideal for reaching the medieval villages of Lazio, Tuscany and Umbria. The two-level structure is furnished in rustic style and consists of four bedrooms, two doubles, one double with a single with a private outdoor exit and the last one with two singles. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, a double living room with a fireplace and sofas, television, and a dining table for ten people, and a well-equipped kitchen with a fireplace, with a large gas oven and five burners. There is a heating system, Wi-Fi, board games and a small library.

A garden of 5000 square meters, all fenced with a beautiful view of the Sabina hills. There are two outdoor barbecues a small one near the patio where there is a lava stone table for 8 people and a second large barbecue with two braziers next to the warehouse where there is the woodshed .An orchard with about 50 fruit trees, where you can pick seasonal fruit from May to November; there is also a small pergola of white grapes with a rosemary hedge nearby. Loungers and rockers are available for relaxing in the garden, hammocks and a 'swing in the shaded area on carefully mowed lawn. Dogs are welcome.

The price ranges from 160 € to 265 € per night depending on the number of people, plus 70 € for house cleaning, ( in case there are discounts per week or for the month).
