Ground floor rental in Ostia Lido.

Lido di Ostia is the seaside location closest to Rome. It is one of the seaside resorts most easily accessible from the city center, by car or train. The train “Metromare” from Ostia gets you in 30 minutes right in Rome center (last station Piramide – Porta San Polo), and in only 10 minutes in Ostia Antica, a large archaeological site noted for the excellent preservation of its ancient buildings, magnificent frescoes, and impressive mosaics. The bus Cotral takes you to Fiumicino airport in 20 minutes.

The apartment is at 20 meters from the free beach “Al Curvone”, 10 minutes’ walk from the two Metromare stations and 6 minutes from the pedestrian area. It has just been completely renovated and is fully equipped with Air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine etc. Located on the ground floor, the apartment is part of a condo but has an independent gate to its private external space of about 50 sqm with BBQ. The house is about 58 sqm and has a semi-separated fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, one bathroom and a large double bedroom with extra space with a possible additional single bed.

The price for the entire property for two people ranges from 140€ to 200€ per night depending on the season and/or on national or international holidays, plus 50€ for final house cleaning and tourist tax.

Minimum stay preferably 3 nights. Discount is applied for stays beyond 1 week, additional 10% for extra bed.

1 - 30 June: 140€

1 - 20 July: 160€

21 July - 10 August: 180€

11 - 18 August: 200€

19 August - 7 September: 160€

8 - 21 September: 140€

Bikes can possibly be lent, according to the owner. Extra use of electricity, gas and water may be charged to the tenant at the end of the rental period, if it exceeds the normal use.
