TAORMINA - SICILY - APARTMENT WITH SEA-VIEW TERRACE

Giardini Naxos is a seaside resort strung along a wide bay below the famous mountainside resort Taormina on the eastern coast of Sicily. Its setting is picturesque, and although the little town is not particularly elegant or exciting, it’s a cheery place in the tourist season, with superb views of Taormina and the Sicilian hills.

Apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a building in a quiet neighborhood, away from the noise of cars, restaurants and bars, which makes the holiday comfortable and relaxing.

The apartment is modern, air-conditioned, and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The property consists of a bedroom with a king size bed, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen (fully equipped) and bathroom with shower. There is a large terrace furnished with table, chairs and sofas from which to enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains.

The house has been recently renovated, is functional, cared for and well distributed.

The apartment is located less than 10-minute walk from the promenade and the beach facilities, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, station, bus stop, supermarket, bakery, ice cream/pastry shop, etc.

The price ranges from 140€ to 200€ per night depending on the number of people, plus 40€ for house cleaning and tourist tax.

Minimum stay preferably 3 nights. Discount is applied for stays beyond 1 week.

1 - 30 June: 140€

1 - 20 July: 160€

21 July - 7 August: 180€

8 - 20 August: 200€

21 August - 7 September: 160€

8 - 21 September: 140€

For more than 2 people, prices will increase of 10€ per person.

To remember that the price does NOT include the tourist tax, quantified in one euro per day per person.
