BANKING CONSULTANCY

On Thursday mornings

The consulting proposal of Mr. Michele Paradiso consists of packaging a series of services, following the guidelines for facilitating smooth, straightforward and transparent operational processes for the introduction, comprehension, and advancement in accessing banking services and products. This includes procedures such as opening various types of banking accounts, utilizing debit and credit cards, obtaining loans with or without collateral, exploring financial and insurance products, managing financial risks, and more. These guidelines aim to cater to the genuine needs and requirements of FAO and WFP members, providing comprehensive assistance on all the banking services available in the market.

LEGAL ASSISTANCE

Available at HQ Service centre (ex commissary) on Mondays from 10 to 12 hrs.

Amongst the usual consultancy services to be expected, the service of Pennis Studio Legale also includes invaluable information about renting accommodation in Rome - the rights and obligations of you and the owner and which dangers to be aware of.

INPS, ID DOCUMENTS & IMMIGRATION SERVICES

he Service is available at the HQ Service centre (formerly Commissary) on Wednesdays from 13 to 16 hrs.

The FAO Staff Coop, in collaboration with Ms. Maria Ribeiro Dos Santos and Mr. Daniele Lucarini, assists staff members in obtaining identity papers, citizenship and residence permits. Staff members are also assisted with the salary calculations for private domestic help, (i.e. according to how many hours worked per week/month and the respective payment, it is possible to have the official calculations for insurance coverage, 13th and 14th month's salary, holiday entitlements, liquidation etc.).

Assistance is also provided to staff members who wish to activate their SPID, PEC, digital signature, or to obtain information on the Italian Pension Scheme (compilation and presentation of the pension requests).

DRY CLEANING SERVICE

Dry cleaning service available in the HQ Service centre (ex commissary) - every Wednesday from 12:30 to 14:30 hrs

FAO Staff Coop members with a valid membership card will receive a 10% discount.

The prices indicated may be subject to variations due to any particularities of the garment (pleating, leather inserts, washing for fine fibres).

We would also like to inform you that the promotion for FAO Staff Coop members is also valid at our dry cleaning shop in Via di Villa Bonelli 24 at the same conditions.

TAILORING - GARMENT REPAIR SERVICE

The Garment service is available on Thursdays from 12:00 to 13:45 hours at the HQ Service centre (ex commissary).

All kinds of alterations to woolens, leather and fur articles. Also household items, such as curtains, covers and table-cloths can be made to measure. In addition to this, made-to-measure shirts with initials can be ordered at special prices. (Price list available)
